Friendly welcome and staff, fast service. The setting is well associated with the airfield theme. The flank steak with home fries were excellent. The freshly prepared beef tartare is exquisite, the baba well soaked in its rum with a touch of custard that I found to go well with it. The crème brûlée was excellent. I recommend.

I knew this restaurant thanks to the first flight organized for my grandchildren's birthday. We came there as a family and we will come back with pleasure.In this restaurant, we do not use products from the other side of the world to impress a certain clientele, but we make high-quality, traditional home cooking, which as a former professional I always tried to do.I also appreciated the friendly and pleasant service, we feel that here we do our best to make the customer feel good.I would like to thank the entire team at the Bistro des Ailles for having had a pleasant time there and for their unpretentious professionalism, as we can often deplore in our profession.
